- Responsibilities
of the chairperson of the organizing committee
1. Talk to the family to find out when, where and what time they want
the food.
2. Call Angie Gilleland, (770) 893-1829, so the message system can be used to
notify all WMU members.
3. Order the meat, rolls or sandwich tray depending on the situation.
4. Pick up and deliver at the time the family wants it. (If you
are unable to, get someone else).
- If
the fellowship hall is used - One group handles the set up
(meat, plates, napkins, cups, etc.) and another group handles the cleanup.
